Consultant, University of Melbourne, People and Fairness Unit, providing advice and review of all Sex Based Harassment, Discrimination and Bullying complaints to Advisers, Managers and Investigators and, developing the Guidleines for Investigations of complaints within the University. Four and a half years as a Convenor with the Department of Juvenile Justice conducting Juvenile Justice Conferences, utilizing skills such as, interviewing, negotiation, mediation, counselling, decision making, analyzing, report writing and building community relationships.
Jeff has a unique skills set that includes extensive expertise and experience in Policing, Emergency Management and Regulatory Compliance environments at executive level. He also has great depth in developing Fraud and related risk control and investigation in government and corporate settings. In a 26 year career with the Victoria Police Jeff attained the CommissionedOfficer level and was responsible for some of the most sensitive and high profile homicide and major fraud investigations in Victoria. His policing career was an enabler for Jeff to hone his interviewing skills as well as develop excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Marijke adds depth to our capacity in the area of workplace grievance investigations. Marijke’s speciality is investigations and she thrives on this work. Marijke applies her portable HR skills and experience to her investigations and we are fortunate to have her as part of team.
