And, we know the power of a great culture in driving growth and productivity.

Our growth and success is achieved by consistently and persistently living our values. Our values are what set us apart from others and provide the foundation and reference point necessary to empower great independent work. We partner with our clients with to create a shared purpose – we on this journey together.

APACaroline Reid, National Organisational Development Manager at APA Group

APA Group is a national company and is Australia’s largest gas transportation business. Stuart King and his team at Risk to Business provide our employees with a national support helpline to discuss issues or concerns regarding workplace behaviours including bullying, harassment and discrimination. The help line has been a great success and very much appreciated by our people. Stuart has also supported APA by undertaking a number of investigations into complaints about employee conduct and behaviour, and has helped us achieve good outcomes and workable solutions for everyone concerned. Stuart and R to B deliver what they say they will deliver and exceeded our expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending to other organisations the services provided by Stuart King and the team. Risk to Business has been working with the APA Group now since 2008. Stuart and his team rolled out our Fair Treatment at Work training program on two occasions across the whole organisation to all employees, in multiple locations. Feedback from the program participants was excellent and employee enjoyed and found value in the case studies discussed and have an increased awareness of their individual responsibilities in creating a safe work environment. Additionally Risk to Business has undertaken workplace investigations and has provided recommendations for resolution.

Stuart and his organisation is the go-to place when it comes to training in workplace behavior. His presentations are to the point and clearly indicate the proper course of action for all. We have also utilised his investigation skills to ensure an independent investigation into workplace allegations. As a result, all parties feel they have a voice in the investigation. Thanks as always Stuart.

Thank you for conducting our 2009 & 2010 ESTA Employee Culture Survey. The report and findings were presented to the ESTA Board and Executive Team and well received. The approach adopted by KWS Workplace Solutions (now Risk to Business) in conducting the survey was not only professional but clearly recognised as innovative and established a new standard of survey delivery.  On the personal note, my involvement in the project managing the survey was made easier by your strict compliance with the terms of the contract and delivery to agreed milestones and in ensuring I was kept informed of progress and provided with reports that exceeded the contractual requirements.

Stuart and the team at Risk to Business provide a unique service diversity/EEO/grievance hot line service in 2 organisations that I have worked at and provided in one organisation, mental illness in the workplace training. The service has reduced the need to have internal contact officers and or investigative officers. Using internal people for these functions has proved to be time consuming and the end result has in most cases been less than appropriate or effective. Stuart has been professional and responsive to the needs of the business and I recommend him to others who want to provide better outcomes around workplace grievance and diversity issues.

MonjonBryan Goudsblom – COO – Monjon

Stuart and I have worked on a number of strategic workplace assignments and he brings an enormous amount of experience in managing and investigating workplace behaviours. Stuart has the innate ability to respond and resolve workplaces issues and provide the necessary steps to senior management to understand and mitigate their employment risks, eg; bully, unlawful and unethical work practices. I would highly recommend Stuart and Risk to Business, as able to assist in defining and delivering a comprehensive workplace behaviour strategy, as well as implementing and providing tangible evidence to support its’ direction.
Stuart and his company is fast becoming the ‘Authority’ on understanding and commenting on workplace behaviours, with regular radio interviews and written commentary with Australia’s leading radio announcers and journalists.
