Thank you for conducting our 2009 & 2010 ESTA Employee Culture Survey. The report and findings were presented to the ESTA Board and Executive Team and well received. The approach adopted by KWS Workplace Solutions (now Risk to Business) in conducting the survey was not only professional but clearly recognised as innovative and established a new standard of survey delivery. Stuart and the team at Risk to Business provide a unique service diversity/EEO/grievance hot line service in 2 organisations that I have worked at and provided in one organisation, mental illness in the workplace training. The service has reduced the need to have internal contact officers and or investigative officers. Using internal people for these functions has proved to be time consuming and the end result has in most cases been less than appropriate or effective.
